1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the trpc77 Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date you register your Account.
• You are an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or nominee of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Online gambling in your jurisdiction is not explicitly prohibited by statute or other binding legal instrument that applies to you personally; where any doubt exists, you accept sole responsibility for determining your own legal position.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where we are legally prohibited from offering our services, including any jurisdiction from which our platform may be blocked by court order.
• You are not employed by us, affiliated with any of our gaming software providers, or an immediate family member of such an employee or affiliate.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by trpc77 for any violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the trpc77 Platform, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, an d complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, actively monitored email address that you own and control.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Your date of birth (day, month, year).
• Your residential address in Indonesia.
• A secure password of your own choosing.

By submitting your registration, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. You further agree to notify trpc77 promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by, among other signals, shared device fingerprints, IP address, payment method, or identity document — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances without prior notice.

4 KYC & Verification

trpc77 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. As a result, we require all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed or higher deposit limits are granted.

Required Documents

• Primary ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP), showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP clearly visible next to your face, taken at the time of submission.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, displaying your name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Proof of ownership of any bank account or e-wallet used for deposits or withdrawals (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app displaying your name and account number).

Processing Time

KYC verification is ordinarily completed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission of all required documents. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. You will be notified by email once your verification is approved or if additional documentation is required.

5 Deposits

trpc77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 and the maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000, unless a higher limit has been expressly authorized by our finance team for your account.

Deposits made via local bank transfer during standard banking hours (approximately 07:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Saturday) are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes. Off-hours transfers and deposits made on Indonesian public holidays may take up to three (3) business hours to process. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly in all cases.

All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payer and the Account holder are different individuals — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (less any applicable transaction fees) and possible account suspension.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has passed KYC verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000.
• The requested withdrawal does not exceed your verified real-money Balance.
• The destination bank account or e-wallet is registered in your own name and matches the details on file with trpc77.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours, with the majority completed within two (2) to six (6) hours during Indonesian business hours (09:00–18:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi — will be queued and processed on the next available business day.

trpc77 does not charge withdrawal fees. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request where the transaction amount is significant or where our fraud-detection systems flag unusual activity. In such cases, processing may take up to five (5) business days.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

trpc77 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only and are limited to one (1) active bonus per Player at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are transferable to your real-money Balance and subsequently withdrawable.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 15× to 30× the bonus amount, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds may only be used on slots and selected table games; certain high-RTP games, progressive jackpots, and live dealer games may be excluded from wagering contributions.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus and associated winnings not utilized or wagered within the stated validity window will expire and be removed from your Account automatically.
• trpc77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, in particular where we have reasonable grounds to believe a promotion is being misused.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the trpc77 Platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a palpable error in odds — including system errors or data-feed failures — trpc77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out; partial wins are not paid unless a dedicated partial-payout feature is activated for a specific market.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended temporarily during significant match events such as goals, red cards, or video-review decisions. Bets placed immediately before a suspension that are not yet confirmed by our system may be voided at our discretion.
• Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and all other covered markets are settled in accordance with official results confirmed by the relevant sporting body.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for randomness and fairness.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically using the last confirmed game state. Results of completed rounds are final.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Togel

Wagers placed on togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are settled based on official draw results published by the relevant draw authority. Tickets cannot be cancelled after the relevant draw has commenced.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or a third party's identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event covered on the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money in any form.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, undocumented features, or technical errors to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Providing false, forged, or altered documents during KYC verification or any other identity check.
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or similar mechanisms as a method of recovering legitimately lost wagers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing trpc77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the trpc77 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of trpc77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

The trpc77 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks — including in search engine advertising, affiliate marketing without an active agreement, or domain names — is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, trpc77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

trpc77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your inability to access or use the Platform for any reason, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Interruptions to internet connectivity, server outages, or third-party payment processing delays outside our direct control.
• Losses resulting from wagers placed on the Platform, including losses attributable to erroneous odds published due to data-feed failures.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any actions taken by us in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

trpc77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following self-management tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or be logged out after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Opt-in to periodic reminders showing your session duration and net gaming result.

In summary, trpc77 collects personal data solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, processing transactions, complying with KYC and AML obligations, and communicating with you about your Account and our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Amendments

trpc77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining real-money Balance prior to closing your Account.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which trpc77 holds its international gaming license.

You acknowledge that trpc77 is an offshore platform and that the laws of the Republic of Indonesia may not directly apply to the operation of this Platform. You accept sole and personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction, including any local restrictions on online gambling activities.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the licensing jurisdiction. Class or collective actions are not permitted under these Terms.
